Did you know (Random Cat Fact # 18): The first cat in space was a French cat named Felicitate which literally means Astrocat. In 1963 France blasted her into outer space, and because they had electrodes implanted in her brain she actually sent neurological signals back to Earth. How cool is that? and, YEP, she survived the trip. Cats are awesome!
